WHAT IF I GET HIT BY A BUS TOMORROW?
You’re getting excited to embark on your transformative journey.
You know it will be challenging.
You’ll go places that you’ve been avoiding for a very long time.
You know it will test you.
And, with decisiveness, perseverance and openness, you will come out changed.
You’ve found a group, a community, to travel with.
And a guide, someone to lead you.
But what if something happens to the guide? Then what?
The good news is, because of how this program is set up, you have access to all of my best thinking on how to recover from complex chronic illness right now, to learn from any time you choose In the program, you have the tools, the frameworks, what to do if things don’t go to plan.
With what is available to you now in the Lab Notes and the Program modules and resources as an Annual Member, without further input from me, you have everything you need to go through a step by step process of healing and transformation.
Because I am human. I could get sick for a week. Or for a month. So I’ve created a program around that. Since we need to work with an uncertain reality and life happens.
Of course in more traditional programs, you might either only have pre-recorded content that didn’t teach you how to apply it, how to adapt it to your circumstances. Or with other programs, that offer a series of one to ones, you’d be left cold of the practitioner was taken out of the picture.
But here, you’d still have everything you need to progress.
Although having a guide is always helpful. Which is why I am training someone who could take over in the even of catastrophe, so that the community and program would still live on and be here for you.
But it’s also helpful to reflect on where such questions come from. “What happens if your gone?”
Many of us have experienced the trauma of abandonment, of someone leaving us or not being there to protect us when we needed them. We may crave certainty to to reduce the stress or the unknown.
