Here’s what happens next and what you can expect from us:
1. Install Signal Messenger
We use Signal Messenger to run our Solutions + Support Group. It’s free. If you haven’t installed it on your phone yet, you can find it here. You can also install it on your computer.
2. Join the Lab Solutions + Support Group
Confirm your space in our group by using this link to request to join our group.
As soon as we see that you’ve requested to join the group, we’ll let you in and give you a proper welcome. If you’ve been added to a waitlist, then you’ll be let in as soon as space becomes available.
**Please make sure to use your full name in Signal. Otherwise, we won’t be able to identify you and you will not be accepted into the group.
3. Complete Your Foundations Training
Please complete the Foundations Training and submit the Foundations Confirmation below. All Guests + Members go through this training and agree to follow the rules as well as respect the privacy of everyone in the group in order to ensure the safety and vibrancy of our community.
As mentioned in the Foundations Training video, all guests and members must agree to our Group Rules and Conditions, including the respect of members privacy.
