Immune Breathing Practice
On Day 1, we’re going to start out with a simple but powerful daily practice using our breath to train and balance the immune system.
This practice can be done lying down in bed or sitting in a chair.
You can use a timer on your phone to keep track of the breath holds.
This practice is used both to recover from chronic illness and can also be used at the first hint of a cold or virus to keep it at bay.
