We humans looooove to overcomplicate things. But let’s simplify for a moment. Healthy sun exposure modulates about a quarter of our entire genome each day. Let’s make sure we’re not missing the obvious. Make sure you get sunlight on your eyes and skin through out the day. There’s even benefits when it’s cloudy.
And if you already spend plenty of time out in the sun, then feel good knowing how well you’re supporting your immune system (and all your other systems, as well!).
