So this would be like carrying a 10 lbs sack of potatoes around with you on your head all the time. What do you think this would do to your neck? Your back? The blood flow in and out of your brain?
Changing our posture can be a bit of a beast because our posture is the result of unconscious processes. But if you suffer from headaches, brain fog or neck and shoulder pain and you have forward head posture, then the first step is recognizing the connection so that you can tackle it.
